Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card; however, your card will not be charged immediately. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed and is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order in between 2 - 14 working days. We will send you tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us at info@ilohasathome.com so we can assist you.
Please note: Your order may be split and shipped via different couriers, which may result in different delivery dates. Consequently, you may not receive all parts of your order at the same time. We will provide tracking information for each package to keep you informed about the delivery status of your items.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. If you discover that an item has been damaged during transit, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@ilohasathome.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. The Supplier will handle the claim with the courier and ensure a resolution is reached, either by reshipping the product at no additional cost to you or by providing a full refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@ilohasathome.com with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. A restocking fee may be applied to returned items.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely and accurate delivery of your order, please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Failure to provide the correct address may result in additional charges. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
